Helicopter use
Helicopters appear in the city, but the scope of free piloting, takeoff, landing, purchase and long-term use remains unconfirmed.
Keep the source statement, independent derivation, analysis and pending verification distinct. This is a document-level description, not confirmation of every field.
Appearance or driving parameters alone do not establish that every player can freely pilot them.
